BRDC Silverstone Heritage app for iPhone and iPad

After 4 years of organising and cataloging the extensive collection of the BRDC Archives, the BRDC and Silverstone have of created a mobile application to showcase some of the fantastic content within.

The app comprises 3 main sections: Collections, the Track and the BRDC.

Collections are themed archive of images, written content, audio and video clips.

The track section of the app is comprised of two interactive map areas that deal with the history of the individual corners as well as their evolution throughout the time of Silverstones racing past.

The BRDC has its own section within the app that details the history of the club. In this section the people who have been stalwarts from the Clubs history such as founding members, presidents and vice presidents are featured. The app also expands on the help given by the BRDC to developing young British talent through the Superstars and Rising stars programmes.

In addition we invite you to share some of your favourite moments and images via e-mail or social media. You can also highlight your favourite items storing them for quick access at a later date.
